"Robin Hood Tree"Sterling Silver Pendant.

This unique pendant is based on the iconic 'Robin Hood Tree' at Sycamore Gap on Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland. The tree stood as a well known landmark for over 300 years and although it was felled in an act of vandalism in 2023,  this pendant reflects a small piece of that English heritage. The seedlings from the tree have now been spread far and wide by The National Trust, and the tree thrives as shoots from the stump at it's original site, showing us that life and hope springs eternal. 

This tree design is unique to Sunbird Arts and is made and hand finished in the UK using traditional jewellery manufacturing techniques. The sterling silver pendant hangs on a 19.5 inch/50cm sterling silver chain. It comes beautifully gift boxed and makes a superb gift or memento of a typically English scene. 

Un-hallmarked. As this is a hand finished product, some slight variations may occur.
